What an appalling desire
My heart beats so fast
Another unsettling ritual which refuses to pass
A nagging numbing need
I must feel something
Go and make myself feel
Get it out, act now
I must wait for the great release
No one must notice
I can’t stop the impulse once the fuse is lit
I tremble with sickly delight
Hence the morbid allure after every slit
I'm almost done carving my skin
The pain seems gone, but it won't be for long
Dancing, prancing, gallivanting
Underneath the sweetness of a dark moon
Such a delectable array of freedom
Yet it ends so soon
Finger tips covered in red
The blood flows so fast
Dark red stains the dead
Dark red falls instead
As the sun rises it ruins my freedom
Tomorrow's day drags me back
I await bleeding
As the moonlight falls it ruins my holiday
Tomorrow's day I lay lifeless, repeat
I must wait for the great release
No one must notice
Chaotic energy
Demonic clergy
Sweet sun falls
While spirits rise
I lose myself
I await bleeding
I lay lifeless
My heart beats so fast
I must feel something
I must wait for the great release
Death lives inside of myself

This was part of my wishlist for to long! A great kind of Tech Death - brutal, melodic, wired and catchy at the same time. Early Cynic meet Decrepit Birth and Defeated Sainty. Those who admire Obscura also will dig this for sure but way more deep growls in here. minusoneman2

I dig this album so much, definitely a keeper. Subtly and masterfully mixing death metal subgenres, backed with an over the top production. They're true professionals. Can't wait for their next release! doive
